Jacket bumped at top & bottom of spine, 4" tear of front cover from top of spine di agonally towards middle, 1/2" square piece of back cover missing on top next to spine, cover also looks a little faded. Inside this book looks new. This large, thick quarto-sized book covers the Hist o ry of Sports in the Big Ten Conference--which includes Michigan and Michigan state from its founding in 1895 until 1967. The authors offer a year-by-year chronology of highlights, history and records, and Tug Wilson--Big Ten Director from 1946-1961--offers his own history of the conference.
