London: Dean & Son Ltd.. Very Good- in Very Good dust jacket. Reprint. Hardcover. 184 p. 19 cm. No date but likely 1960's. Does not have an SBN or ISBN. Sound and square binding in red, cloth-covered boards. Top front corners lightly knocked. Moisture stain to bottom and front text block edges. Gift inscription on endapers. Offsetting from jacket on both free endpapers. Inside pages are clean and unmarked, but somewhat toned. Dustwrapper has edge and fold wear, heaviest to spine ends and corners, and including chips, tears, and creases. Moisture stain on bottom edge of rear panel, more visible on reverse side, which also is foxed. Overall light soil. A reprint edition of one of the boy's series titles featuring James Bigglesworth, pilot and adventurer. This one is set in the wilds of Brazil. .
