First American edition, and first edition thus, with introduction by William Alexander Percy, first issue binding. *Woolf* A25c (later copies were bound in medium blue-ribbed cloth stamped "Peter Smith" at base of spine. Octavo. Linen spine and light brown paper-covered boards. Front hinge a little tender, else a fine, bright copy in very good or better dust jacket with light wear at the crown and some early tape mends on the inside, else quite fresh and bright.
