About This Item
One of only a few copies, according to *Woolf*: "only a few copies bound in coarse fawn cloth. Copies issued later are bound in Prussian-blue cloth...". Of the 1425 sets of sheets, 326 bound copies and 425 sets of sheets were remaindered to Simpkin Marshall Ltd. in 1932; in June, 1932 these sheets and copies were bought by Chatto & Windus, and rebound in gray cloth. In July 1941 John Grant Ltd. bought the remaining stock of 678 unbound sheets and copies from Chatto & Windus. Rare.
