British Museum (Natural History), 1978. Hardcover. Good/Good. 1978. First Edition. 183 pages. Signed by the author. Pictorial dust jacket over blue cloth boards with gilt lettering. Contains black and white illustrations. Signed by the author with dedication to Jack and Barbara to front free endpaper. Clean pages and illustrations with light tanning to text block edges. Binding is firm throughout with minor thumb-marking. Heavier tanning to free endpapers. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Slight crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Unclipped Jacket. Panels and spine have light edgewear with tears and creases. Visible wear marks to spine and panels. Price sticker to flap and panel.
