Black Hawk Publishing, 2004. Hardcover. Used - Very Good+ condition. Book is Near Fine with a tight, bright, and clean binding, cover, and text block and virtually no signs of shelf wear. CD in back of book. DG is Good+ - while intact, in shows considerable wear along the edges and spine, has a small stain near on the front near the spine, as well as a 1" tear along the top spine and a small tear along the back bottom edge. Book is numbered 94 of 1500 of a Limited Edition. No further markings on the inside of the book. Photos are of the book we have here at Barbed Wire Books.
