Doubleday, January 1945. Hardcover. Used - Good/No Jacket. 1945. Hardcover in good condition. Black cloth covered boards with a gold gilt crest blind stamped on the front cover and very faded gilt lettering on the spine. There is wear to the covers, edges and corners. The corners are bumped and worn to the boards. The spine is faded and worn and both the top and bottom are bent and frayed. Uncut fore-edge. 'The Road to Cathay' blue map end papers. Hinge is cracked at title page and page 213 and webbing is showing. 403 pp. 8 vo.
