New York: Random House, (1972). First edition. Posthumous collection of three plays: "Les Blancs," "The Drinking Gourd," and "What Use Are Flowers." Edited and with critical backgrounds on each play by Nemiroff, her husband. Introduction by Julius Lester. INSCRIBED on front endpaper by Nemiroff, "July 1972/ To Bob & Ellie -/ who gave so much./ In friendship and appreciation./ Bob Nemiroff." Near fine with touch of minor soiling to bottom page edges; in near fine dust jacket with spine lettering subtly toned and few inconspicuous scratches to rear panel.
