Dick Prescot finds a total stranger dead in the library at Blatchington Towers with a revolver tied into his hand, killed the same night someone tried to steal the famous Blatchington rubies. Superintendent Henry Wilson is called in to investigate. Second impression, January 1928. Maroon boards with black are rubbed with a bit of light wear at the edges. Small drip mark on the fore edge of the text block. Binding square and solid.. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket.
