("Bill," the recipient of the book, was the legendary makeup artist William Tuttle, from whose estate this book was acquired.) A "reconstruction" of a legendary "lost" silent film, the 1923 Lon Chaney horror melodrama, directed by Wallace Worsley. "The author's careful reconstruction of this film has resulted in a complete record of the missing Chaney film.
