BINDING/CONDITION: paperbound, center-stapled format; this is strictly a working copy; Poor condition; large number written in felt pen on the inside cover; something not quite glue-like was spilled in a spot at the upper spine edge of the text, all pages are affected; they are not stuck together (much), and no text is affected;, a small piece is torn from the title page, otherwise in good condition; no markings; binding is sound.. 8vo (9 inches tall) . Appendices. Description: Figure illustrations. This was originally published in 1970 as Flight Characteristics and Stain Patterns of Human Blood. It was felt that this second edition represented a significant improvement over the original report and that a new title was justified. At the time of this writing the author was Director of the Laboratory of Forensic Science in Corning, New York, as well as Associate Professor of Criminalistics at two colleges.
