USA: Xerox Corporation, 1966. hardcover. good. Hardcover in very condition, with jacket in fair condition. Fourth printing of this classic chess book, with alternating pages printed upside-down so the user can turn the book around for the answers. Jacket edges are quite chipped and worn, with tears particularly to the top edge and minor rubbing to front. Jacket spine slightly faded. Small hole and minor water staining to back of jacket, barely a mark to the boards beneath however. Only minor wear to boards, denting to top of front board. Foxing to top edge, minor marks and browning to other page block edges. Slight foxing to endpapers, text clean and free of foxing and annotations. Now covered in non-adhesive clear plastic.
