Australia: Images Publishing, 2004. 208pp. Index. Original boards. Edited by Lee White. Pages are clean (unmarked) but slightly age-toned. Rear hinge is creased but still secure. Inner text block is sound. Boards have slight bumping to head/heel of spine, slight rubbing to extremities. Unclipped pictorial DJ has a small 1/4" closed tear to head of spine, light bumping to upper corners, slight rubbing to extremities. We have added a removable mylar covering to the dust jacket for protection. Nice copy.. First Thus. Oversized Hardcover. Good +/Good +. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Mylared.

After that, $.50 for each additional book. Priority mail is based on size and weight of book. UPS/RPS or Fedex available at additional cost upon request. All shipments to Mexico or Canada over four (4) pounds is subject to rate increase. Returns will be accepted on a limited basis.
