Crime Club. Very Good in Good dust jacket. 1963. First Edition. Hardcover. This specific hardback book is in very good condition with a hard board cover that has sharp edges and corners and has a tight intact binding. The pages are crisp, unmarked and uncreased with no underlining, highlighting, or notes with only some very minor soiling or foxing to the edges which is quite normal for a book this age. The pages are slightly yellowed with age.The interior first and last endpages and inside covers are lightly foxed. The dust jacket is in good condition with a bit of cover wear, some soiling and some edge wear including some small tears, chips and minor curling and the underside of the jacket is foxed heavily. We package all books in custom cardboard book boxes and ship daily with tracking numbers.; This book was originally published as "Madman's Bend", by Heinemann in London. This is the stated first edition, , and was published in the U.S. by Doubleday/Crime Club in New York in 1963 as, "The Body at Madman's Bend".; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 192 pages .
