Maps on end papers. Internals very clean & completely free from any markings, lightly toned. Clean unclipped cream jacket with red and black titles, corners and spine edges chipped, a scrape on front. Now with mylar protective cover. viii plus 495 pages with Bibliography and Index. 9.5 x 6.5 inches. Doubleday, New York, 1978.
