Prussing. 1925 1st edition; Pascal Covici; Chicago. "Published in a de luxe edition, consisting of 1,100 copies, numbered and autographed (by Prussing), of which 1,000 are offered for sale" - this copy is No. 91 of 1,000. The book features 16 full-page illustrations, including a frontispiece portrait of Washington in color. The contents are arranged as follows: In Love, The Engineer, The Captain of Industry, Personally.

Condition:
The covers have sun-faded a bit along the outer edges; light corner wear. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Foxing to a few pages at the front, a few pages at the back, and some occasional foxing within (primarily to the illustrated plates, and the pages before/after them). The front end paper has the word "Biography" written in pencil, a name/address stamped in ink, and the year 1971 written in pen. The front and rear end papers and pastedowns are tanned at the outer edges from the dust jacket flaps. Overall the book is in very good condition. The dust jacket is sun-faded and has some light soiling to the covers; pieces missing at the top and bottom edges of the spine, a stain at the top of the spine, and tears at the top 2 corners at the flaps.
