Green leather with five raised bands and ornate gilt lettering and tooling by Hayday, rubbed at the surface, edges, and corners, bumped at the top-right corner on the back board. A selection of British ballads "that shall be agreeable and interesting to the general reader, and not unsatisfactory to the antiquary and the scholar.
