Bound in full dark green pebble grained morocco with gilt "Common Prayer" to spine and hallmarked silver front cover with unusual variant cherub design. Hallmark .925 sterling, "G & C L[td], Birmingham, dated 1910, likely mark of Green & Cadbury, manufacturers of silver fancy goods. First Georgian printing of this miniature edition. See Griffiths 1905/5. A very good Georgian first miniature printing of the Book of Common Prayer which replaced the "Finger Prayer Book" with a hallmarked sterling silver cover.
