About This Item

THE GOLDEN PRESS, New York, 1963. 11 3/4" X 8 5/8" in blue cloth. Covers show very light stains - probably from moisure - near spine. Otherwise, book is very nice. Jacket is shelf worn, soiled and tattered: Barely FAIR condition. Book covers the history and development of dancing thru the ages, then "The Theatre and Ballet;" finally, "Choreography." Actually a pretty nifty book with lots of interesting info about early dancers. 252pp. More than 400 illustrations. Book's illustrator: N.M. Bodecker.. Hardcover. Good/Fair.
