London: J M Dent & Sons Limited, 1974. 1st Edition. Green Cloth. Very Good/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" Large. Type: Z 298pp. First edition with wrapper. Illustrated throughout with numerous b/w photographs .Bound in green cloth boards with gilt embossed lettering to the spine. Light bumps to the head and tail of the spine. There is a magazine cutting pasted to the front paste down and a former owners bookplate to the front end paper with slight associated wrinkling to the page. Light toning to the fore edges. Clean and tight. Dust wrapper not price clipped with some light creasing to the head of the wrapper and head of the spine of the wrapper. There is some toning to the extreme edge at the head of the rear panel of the wrapper and rear inner flyleaf and slightly to the periphery of the rear panel. The wrapper has light creasing to the tail of the rear panel and light shelf wear. Slightly loose fitting - no loss. A very good copy.
