Norwich: The Walpole Press, 1945 First edition thus. Limited edition of 410, copy no.9. Hardcover book . Purple paper-covered boards with printed title label to front, and cream dustjacket lettered in black with decorative border. 32pp. Octavo. With 4 tipped-in b&w reproductions of paintings of Tobit. Based on the authorised version of the Apocypha. Hand-set in Poliphilus and Blado italic by Martin Kinder, on laid paper. Good in Poor jacket. Page faces largely clean , with some light foxing to margins; heavier foxing spots to closed edges, endpapers browned. Covers have fading to margins, a few marks, and brown staining to spine. Jacket has unsightly large old liquid stain to front, spine and back corners, tears with small loss to front, other small losses to edges. Pictures available.
