NY: Scribner, 1916. Unstated first edition.Blue cloth hardcover with bright gold gilt letter on front cover and spine. Rifle and moose antlers on front cover. Rough cut (few uncut) page edges. Gold gilt pages on top. Corners and top, bottom of spine have faded blue cloth. Fly has been cut and removed. Colored illustration on frontispiece. Top inside hinge is starting to crack.
Crowded Closet is a nonprofit thrift store. All proceeds support World peace, relief and development through Mennonite Central Committee (MCC).
