About This Item
Street & Smith. NY. 1899., 1899 Book size about 4 3/4 by 7 inches with some 215 pages plus several pages of publisher ads. Bound in illustrated wraps--Medal Library No. 28. Tale of two young men and their journalistic experience with the newspaper the Arizona Boomer. Book with large chip at front cover top right taking last title word and last author name; chipping to corners of first few pages (Which are ads); bottom one inch of spine covering gone. A book printed on extremely high acid content paper this is very, very fragile and is probably why the wraps copies are so seldom seen. Rousing tale of the old West for boys of the era.
