Boston: Walker, Wise, & Co., C. 1860, 1860. Hardcover. Good. This is the 1863 printing. Viii, 9-109, ad, portrait, plate, tissue guards, 16mo, original blindstamped cloth with gilt spine decorations. Good copy: tight and complete except for ffep neatly excised. Moderate wear to tips and head of spine. Gilt somewhat faded but titles readable. Owner's marks on fep and ffep, few spots of foxing. Interesting biography written when he was only 22 years of age.
