About This Item
New York: Cupples and Leon Company, 1957. First edition, 1957. Third in the series, The Boy Scout Explorers, listed last on the dustjacket inner flap. Red boards with black cover lettering, 217 pages, color illustrated dustjacket. The book is in very good condition with extremely lightly rubbed edges, sound text block, good hinges, name on front pastedown, otherwise clean pages with no other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped and is in good condition with chipped spine ends (a one inch square chip at spine bottom), minor surface rubbing, mostly at extreme perimeters, and half inch square surface paper loss where a price tag was removed (not obstructing title). . First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
