1884. (HAY, John). THE BREAD-WINNERS. A Social Study. New York: Harper & Brothers, 1884. First edition. 12mo., decorative tan cloth, lettered in brown. Mildly skewed and soiled, with moderate wear to the extremes; front hinge partially cracked with some slight dampstaining to the initial leaves. A good copy; an early attack on organized labor.
