II. ca. 4. and 11 Geo. I. cap. 7, &c, with the Net Duties payable in all circumstances of Goods Imported, Exported, or Brought Coastwise, and the Net Drawbacks to be repaid on Due Exportation: As Also, The Bounties payable out of Customs.
