Edges and corners are rubbed not quite through cloth. Sewn binding is tight and solid. Ffep has prev owner brief inscription and a stamp. Interior is quite clean, no marks, no underlining. Jacket is edgeworn and has piece missing from spine head and tail, clean and bright with wrap-around illus of a village and surrounding countryside. The mylar cover goes a long way towards providing quite a nice vintage appearance. 320 pages with index. 9 x 6.25 inches. Odhams Press, London, England, 1948.
