Edinburgh, Scotland: John Thomson, 1817. Highly detailed map of British Northern India, along with insets of Cabul and Nepaul. 25 x 21 1/2 inches. Hand colored in red, orange, green, yellow, blue, purple, and brown each representing British; Nabob of Oude; Berar Rajah; Nixam; Mysore Raja; Mahrattas; Travancore; and Kind of Gandy rule. Small tears are seen along the folds at the edges, with the lower fold tear just entering the border of the map. There are a few wrinkles and creases seen at and near corners. . Loose Leaf.
