Dark red original cloth with dull gilt to spine, remains of library marks on spine and front cover. Interior has normal library marks including pocket, otherwise clean and unmarked. Very scarce. The books seeks to analyse the major monetary controversies of the period 1650-1710 and to relate them to the institutions which then appeared, not all of which have survived. ; Ex-Library; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 344 pages .
