A bound collection of the periodical "The British Empire", pages numbered sequentially 897 - 1344. Bound without original card covers. Circa 1972 - 73. Profusely illustrated in color and black and white. A fine collection of over 400 pages of British Imperial history by numerous authors and touching on a number of varigated topics among which are: "The First Burmese War"; "Guns that Won the Empire"; "The Source of the Nile"; "The First Safaris"; "Australia Srikes it Rich"; "The New Rome London as Imperial Capital" and many others on southeast Asia, Canada, Africa and Austalia. No previous ownership marks. Professionally bound volume in fine condition. A large heavy book, extra postage charges will be necessary for Priority and International orders. Scans sent on request.. Hardcover. Fine/Not Issued. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
