A bound collection of the periodical "The British Empire", pages numbered sequentially 1793 - 2268. Bound without original card covers. Circa 1970's. Profusely illustrated in color and black and white. A fine collection of over 400 pages of British Imperial history by numerous authors and touching on a number of varigated topics among which are: "Scuppering Britain's 'Fossil' Navy" [re Admiral Sir John Fisher]; "1914-1918 The War Overeas"; "1939-1943 The Empire in Peril"; "The Empire on Film" and many others on southeast Asia, Canada, Africa and Austalia and India. No previous ownership marks. Professionally bound volume in fine condition. A large heavy book, extra postage charges will be necessary for Priority and International orders. Scans sent on request..
