James Maclehose & Sons, 1896. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1896. Third edition. 349 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth with gilt titles and decoration to front and spine. Pages have deckled edges. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Foxing more noticeable towards the start and end of the book. Prize plate to front pastedown. Boards have some edge wear, with moderate bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are crushed and frayed. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall. A few liquid droplet marks. Gilt is bright.
