Blue cloth boards stamped in black on the spine and upper panel. A clean, unmarked and tightly bound copy in an unclipped dust jacket. The dust jacket has a closed tear and a substantial chip close to the spine at the upper front edge. Name of ownership on the fronr pastedown endpaper.
