New York: Street & Smith Corporation, 1908. First Edition. Wraps. Near Fine. First Edition. [2], 316, [2] pages. 7 x 5 inches. Stapled, with color printed wrappers. Usual spine creasing, but in excellent condition. Pages browned throughout as normal. Rear cover with some soiling. NOTE: in the photograph the book appears warped - it is tight and square - we were trying to not stress the binding while scanning. Wraps. The Great Western Library No. 69. The production values on these pulp paperbacks were so poor, the survival rate is very low. This example is in very nice condition, far better than those usually found. While the copyright page notes 1908, the list on the first leaf notes this title will be published in the New York vicinity August 1929. OCLC shows no dates other than 1908/1929.
