Plenty of cost estimates that today's builders would fine amusing, such as: base molding, labor rate per foot, 2 cents. With a penciled estimate on the rear endpaper for an unknown project involving labor for 35 cents and 3.5 gallons of oil for $1.75.Condition of this book:Covers scuffed and discolored in spots, top edge darkened with small stains, a few leaves soiled by overall very good and sound. Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to local taxes. Size: Duodecimo. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting.
