Printed for Sears Roebuck in the early 20th Century when Sears was selling prefab homes for around two thousand dollars. 261 pp. plus index plus floor plans and drawings of about 100 homes. A very unique book, hard to find in this good condition. For pricing all builder's work including correct measurements.
