Penguin Books, 1965. Hardcover. Acceptable/Acceptable. 1965. First Edition. 692 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over orange cloth. Black and white photographic plates to centre of book. Slight cracking to hinges, with exposed netting, pages remain attached. Pages and plates have light tanning and foxing throughout. Sticker to front pastedown. detached but still present. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends. Staining to edges. Unclipped jacket has heavy edgewear with areas of loss, heavy tears, chips, and creasing. Light tanning and water staining to spine and edges. Green staining to inside spine. Foxing overall.
