The bulletins have been reproduced in book form from December 1949, Whole Number 31, Vol. IV, No. 1 to October 1953, Whole Number 50, Vol. V, No. 10. Volume IV has 448 pages and Volume V has 536 pages. Weight over 1 lb.

US and International book orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Books paid by personal cheque must allow for the cheque to clear the bank. We will then email the buyer on the shipping date. Oversized or heavier books MAY require additional postage. All books are returnable within 14 days past the estimated delivery date and must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped. Prior notice, by email, olmsteadbooks2003@gmail.com, is requested before returning a book. Please note the reason for return. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
