Blue cloth boards and spine with blue and gilt lettering on the spine and front board. Deckled fore edge papers with some uncut pages. Clean internals. Internal hinges are sound and not split. 467 pp 8vo. This book makes it appearance 150 years after the framing of the Constitution by the Philadelphia Convention.
