Light soil overall. Text block edges and many interior pages are foxed to varying degrees. Gift inscription on the front endpaper, dated 1962, but the book is likely pre 1940. A collection of sixteen stories intended for boys. Four colour plates, with one titled "We heaved the Princess into the car's dickey". What the heck is a car's dickey? .
