Stan McMurty is MAC, the political cartoonist of the Daily Mail, whose cartoons appeared in many magazines. The Bunjee Venture is a favorite of many adults who used to view the animated television series and/or read his book. Summary: A story of two children who travel back to prehistoric times to rescue their father. They meet a woolly mammoth-like creature who runs his words together and has suction cups on his feet. A hilarious adventure to read aloud to younger children or for children who read at the intermediate level through grade six. Older children and adults also may enjoy this book.
