About This Item
New York: Reinhold Publishing Corporation, 1941. Hardcover. 8vo. Dark grey cloth with red lettering. 210pp. Numerous line drawings, tables. Very good. Quite mild binding edgewear; internally tight and fine. Attractive first edition of this business how-to by the famed Boston architect and master and popularizer of the Cape Cod house and the Colonial Revival (1895-1962), complete with humorous, tongue-in-cheek cartoony line drawings by Wills himself. Lacks dust jacket, but jacket's front flap copy and rear panel neatly tipped to front endpaper. Rather scarce.
