London, England: Phillimore & Co. Ltd., 1990 First edition in hardcover with dust jacket. Unpaginated, lots of illustrations and photographs, endpaper maps. Hint of a warp to boards otherwise fine. Jacket has long tears (taped on back) to the bottom of the front spine and flap folds (presentable in Brodart sleeve). Near Fine/Good.
