About This Item
Vickburg: M.T. Frederichs, 1890. Cabinet card photograph measuring 5 ½ x 4 on larger mount. Some light wear to mount, very good. Very Good. A portrait of an African-American woman in a dress, holding a parasol and with a hat curiously perched on a prop branch nearby. We find a record of an M.T. Frederichs operating from a different address in Vicksburg in 1895, but are unable to identify the subject of this photograph.
