London: Benjamin White, 1774. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Contemporary full calf. Gilt spine with burgundy title-label and five raised bands. Some edge-wear and a little loss over endbands. Foxing increases toward front and rear. Bears the contemporary ownership name of Richard Oswald (of Ayrshire) on title-page, as well as the bookplate of Auchincruive. Otherwise clean, tight and unmarked. Four copperplate engravings.Very neat -- a sound and handsome copy. [ ii+]lxxii,462[4 plates]+29[index]+1[errata]pp. .
