Bound in mustard colored cloth with titles and decoration in black on front board and on spine. Maps, illustrations, phiotographs. Square, tight and clean throughout with little or any page toning. Minor wear to spine ends and tips. 3" closed split on the title page. From Corrigan Memorial Library at the St. Joseph Seminary in Dunwoodie, NY with two stamps on front paste-down, one on the verso of the half-title page and one on the last page. Small date stamp on rear paste-down as well as small bookseller ticket. Small ownership bookplate on front paste-down. Lacking dust-jacket. Inscribed and signed by the author on the front end-paper, "Los Angeles, Cal., AEto Mrs. Mary Young Moore from Marshall Breeden. October, 1925". A sharp collectable copy of a quite uncommon item in any condition.
