Acceptable, The previous owner pasted about half of the dj front panel onto the front cover and a portion of the front dj panel describing the book on the rear end page. Front end page appears to be missing, some soiling on the title page, first 30 pages have some creasing to the pages, Moderate cover wear. This story was made into a 1932 movie starring Loretta Young and directed by Thomas Freeland. A very scarce title. . Fair.
