London, John Long Limited, 1923 1st. Hardback, 8.5 x 5.5 inches. Dark green cloth with gilt lettering to spine. In very good condition. Spine darkened with small chips to ends. Corners slightly bumped. First front free endpaper removed. Small tear to edge of endpaper and top edge of title page. Else inside pages all very clean and tight throughout. 392pp. Illustrated with a colour folding map and 82 B&W photo illustrations.
