The story of photographer Peter Niesewand who was targeted by the Ian Smith government in an attempt to intimidate the press into not reporting the pro-settlement campaign being carried out in Tribal Trust Lands whose majority had rejected the independence settlement terms with Britain. He was arrested, detained and tried in secret in Rhodesia. 209 pg; Book is in very good condition with light staining on the fore edge. Dust jacket is price clipped;has discoloration on edges of margins; small chipping on top and bottom; Neatly Encased in acid free archival protector.
